My name is Chelsea and I’ve been surrounded by a certain Mouse my entire life thanks to my Mom. She took me to see him when I was five-years-old, and again when I was fourteen. Then when I was getting ready to turn nineteen, I spent about six months planning the ultimate Walt Disney World vacation for the two of us. Two years later I joined the Disney College Program, and I’ve been here ever since.

I don’t work in a theme park anymore. I am not a travel agent. However, I do spend most of my free time in theme parks and experiencing what Orlando has to offer.

I am a former Skipper and I met my husband Jay while working at the World Famous Jungle Cruise in 2015. We were married on Disney Cruise Line in March 2020. While working at Walt Disney World, I also worked at Pirates of the Caribbean and picked up the occasional shift at Fantasmic at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. In 2016, I became a Walt Disney World annual passholder. I have also worked in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando Resort, and I was on the opening team of Skull Island: Reign of Kong. I’ve had an annual pass to SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica, and Busch Gardens for the better part of seven years. I do a lot of RunDisney races that I never train as much as I should for, and more recently Jay has joined me in being unprepared but making it to the finish line anyway.

We have a Siberian Husky named Fiona and a cat named Brightheart. In addition, we have approximately 58 Duffy Bears. Duffy is not only my best friend, but also the Twenty Something in Orlando mascot and he goes almost everywhere with us. I also happen to be the owner of the Appamobile, and the creator behind Nice Guy Studios.

I am a freelance writer, videographer, and graphic designer. If you’re interested, please check out the Hire Me page. If you’d like to collaborate with Twenty Something in Orlando, you can contact me at Chelsea@TwentySomethingInOrlando.com
