Disney Date Idea #18 Disney Springs

Dec 14, 2017

Disney Springs is fun no matter the time of day, and generally crowd levels don’t affect it as much as the parks. You may be waiting longer for your food or a table, but it doesn’t have the same over crowded feel as the parks during peak seasons. Window shop, listen to live music, hug the Coco-Cola Bear, get a free chocolate sample, buy a Duffy Bear, the possibilities are endless!

Cost: Free!

Duration: 3-5 hours.

Best Food Option: So many! Blaze Pizza is my personal favorite, but you can never go wrong with Earl of Sandwich. For less expensive table service, try Splitsville. Their food is better than any bowling alley has any right to be. For nicer table service, the Boathouse is wonderful. Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar is fantastic for a drink!

Moving to Orlando in 2013 to join the Disney College Program was the start of the Great Florida Adventure for Chelsea and her best friend Duffy Bear. Now they spend their days exploring all there is to do in the Orlando area and seeing what adventures life where the rest of the world vacations brings.
